i had a really sweet surprise on my doorstep when i got back from holiday-ing that friday. not very surprise since i know it was coming! haha.
Thanks to all my wrs friends for all the 21 things that you guys gave for my 21st birthday! i was really dead tired by then but could not hold my excitement from opening all these...
the card that sings "selamat hari raya"! i was laughing my head off with that ! and reading all those sweet messages from geng wrs.. haizz.. i wished i could be back there and then to celebrate raya..thanks to - Dha (i love the cute shoes dha!), Jannah, Nurul Ain, Zahiah, Nad,Halim, Haziq, Midzi, Hafiz for the warm wishes u guys gave me.. really touched la guys.
im really lucky to have friends like these people, sometimes i think i dont deserve to have all these since looking back at myself , i can be such a shithead at times.
I would probably miss hari raya 3 times. Anyway, on the third day of our sydney trip, i felt really out of place, cause i know i should be home celebrating raya with my family, but too bad cant go home just yet. Thought the sydney trip could put my mind off all these fasting and hari raya away from family, but actually it felt really terrible. And it didnt help that all the raya songs are about people who are away from home and cant celebrate with their families... haiyohh , i just cant listen to it anymore.
thought i would be dreading going back geelong to face reality, but i kept having a huge smile while reading the cards and looking into the parcel.. :)
so... to everyone, enjoy your celebrations!!! eat and visit as much as you can, but dont forget all those who are more unfortunate than us...
